This website is operated by Valoris Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("Valoris", "we", "us"), an interior design and UPVC solutions company based at Flat No-105, Road No 13, Alkapuri Township, Puppalaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089, India.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.

• ·Contact details you submit through our enquiry, estimate or consultation forms — name, email address, phone number, and the home size, budget range or message you provide.
• ·Project information shared with us during a paid engagement — site address, layout drawings, design preferences, approvals and correspondence.
• ·Account details if you register for the client portal — email address and an encrypted password managed by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in readable form.
• ·Live chat transcripts, if you start a conversation using the chat widget on our site.
• ·Standard technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device type and pages visited.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. If online payment is enabled, card data is entered directly with our payment gateway and is never stored on our servers.

For projects where you have asked us to install progress cameras, the camera covers the work area of your own property and the live feed is made available to you through your client dashboard.

Access is restricted to your account and to the Valoris project team assigned to your project. We do not publish, sell or share this footage with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.

You may ask us to pause the feed or remove the camera at any point during the project. Cameras are removed at handover unless you ask us to leave them in place.

• ·To respond to your enquiry and prepare a design proposal or cost estimate.
• ·To deliver, schedule and manage your project, including sharing progress updates, documents and invoices.
• ·To operate your client portal account and authenticate you securely.
• ·To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• ·To improve our services and website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages unrelated to your enquiry without your consent, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out.

We rely on a small number of established providers to run this website and our operations. Each processes data only on our instructions:

• ·Supabase — database, authentication and file storage for the client portal.
• ·Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• ·Crisp — live chat on the website.
• ·Razorpay — payment processing, where online payment is used.
• ·Resend — transactional email delivery.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual data protection commitments.

Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up if you come back to us, then deleted.

Project records, invoices and contracts are retained for as long as required under Indian tax and company law, currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Camera footage is retained only for the duration of the project unless you ask us to keep a copy.

You may ask us to:

• ·Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• ·Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• ·Delete information we no longer need to keep.
• ·Stop sending you marketing communications.
• ·Close your client portal account.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that limit each client account to its own records. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are not readable by us or by our staff.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated by email.
