By browsing this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. Where you sign a separate project agreement or work order with us, that document takes precedence over anything stated here if the two conflict.

Prices shown on this website, including package prices and any figure produced by the cost estimator, are indicative starting prices for the stated scope. They are not a quotation and do not form a binding offer.

Your final price depends on your actual layout, measurements taken at site, the finish level you select, material availability and any customisation you request. A binding price is issued only in a written quotation signed by both parties.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are charged at the rate prevailing on the invoice date.

Civil work, plumbing, electrical rerouting, false ceiling and painting are quoted separately unless expressly listed in your scope.

Unless your signed work order states otherwise, payments are staged as follows:

• ·10% before execution begins.
• ·20% once the design is finalised and approved by you.
• ·30% at the commencement of execution.
• ·30% at 50% completion of the work.
• ·10% on the date of handover.

Work at each stage begins once the payment for that stage has been received. Delays in payment may shift the project timeline accordingly.

We share 2D layouts and 3D visualisations for your approval before manufacturing begins. Visualisations are representations of the design intent; minor variation in colour, grain, texture and shade between a render, a sample and the delivered product is normal and is not a defect.

Once you approve a design and manufacturing has begun, changes to material, size or layout may attract additional cost and time. We will confirm any such variation to you in writing before proceeding.

Project timelines assume that the site is handed over to us ready for work, with power and water available, and with clear access for material movement.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including delays in your approvals or payments, restrictions imposed by your building or society, changes you request mid-project, statutory or civic restrictions, material shortages, or events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters.

We provide a 2-year warranty on workmanship and a 3-year warranty on modular work. The warranty covers materials, hardware, plywood and workmanship supplied by us.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, laminate pasting or peel-off issues, damage caused by water ingress, misuse, unauthorised alteration or repair by third parties, or items purchased directly by you from other suppliers.

Warranty claims should be raised in writing to contact@valorisinteriors.com with photographs and your project reference.

Where progress cameras are installed at your request, the feed is provided for your convenience through your client dashboard. Availability depends on power and internet connectivity at site and cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Cameras cover the work area only. You are responsible for informing other occupants of the property that a camera is in place.

All content on this site — text, images, designs, drawings, logos and layouts — belongs to Valoris or is used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Photographs of completed projects are published with the consent of the relevant client. Retained project designs remain our intellectual property; you receive a licence to use the design for the property it was created for.

You may not use this website to submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may suspend an account that is being misused or that poses a security risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of a project is limited to the total amount you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use or loss of opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
